We at Apsco/Mobil have made a strong commitment to provide outstanding quality services to all of our customers. As a result, a new "Performance Development System" has been put in place for our Customer Service Unit, which will allow customers to:

* Submit their complaints.
* Have any enquiries or questions answered.
* Send suggestions and comments.
* Order products through the internet.

All of this will be accomplished through a dedicated team inside the company's Customer Service Unit, putting into operation a new system that promises to:

* Respond to enquiries or problems as quickly as possible.
* Keep the customer informed about the anticipated waiting period for solving a particular problem.
* Notify the customer as soon as the problem has been solved.
* Ensure absolute satisfaction.
* Take all the necessary action to make certain that such situations will do not happen again.
* Follow up purchase orders and make sure of their receipt by the authorized staff.

Dear Customer, in order to ensure high quality deliveries, please expect at least 3 working days for us to process your order if you are in Jeddah, Riyadh or Dammam; and 6 days for bulk orders and clients outside these 3 cities.
